If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so. 3\. Content Principles: Free Speech & Peaceful Conduct a. Free Speech, Broadly Defined: We uphold the principle of free speech. This means you are generally free to express your opinions, beliefs, and ideas, even if they are unpopular or controversial. We will not remove content solely because it expresses a particular political, religious, or philosophical viewpoint. b. Commitment to Peaceful Conduct: While we champion free speech, we have zero tolerance for content or behavior that: \* Incites Violence: Directly or indirectly encourages, promotes, or glorifies violence against any individual, group, or property. This includes calls to action for violence, threats of violence, and the promotion of terrorist or extremist organizations. \* Promotes Illegal Activities: Encourages or facilitates illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, human trafficking, or other criminal acts. \* Harassment and Bullying: Engages in severe or persistent harassment, bullying, doxing (publishing private information without consent), or stalking of other users. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Peace Place, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. 10\.
